About Darbustan
Darbustan started from a simple, slightly frustrating truth: most of us in our twenties and thirties are renting, and the spaces we can afford keep getting smaller.
A house, or even a bigger apartment, drifts further out of reach every year as prices climb. But a small space is not a lesser space. You may not own the four walls, but you still decide what happens inside them. You still get to make the place you come home to feel calm, considered, and yours. That is what we are here for.
Darbustan curates pieces for small-space living: planters, pots, grow lights, and quietly clever things that help a compact home feel green and grounded. Everything we carry has to earn its footprint, because in a small space, nothing gets to be filler.
Less room, not less life
We design around real constraints: one window of light, a corner instead of a spare room, a lease that would rather you didn't drill holes.
Our pieces work with that, not against it. Hang a plant where there is no floor space. Grow something green where the sun barely reaches. Make a rental feel rooted, without renovating a thing.
Small space, fully lived in. That is the whole idea.
